Callista offers comprehensive implementation services for the Callista Student Management System (SMS). The Callista Implementation Methodology is based upon the industry standard principles of PRINCE2, and the waterfall implementation methodology incorporating change management, risk management, training and quality management components.

Callista Implementation projects are divided into six phases:

  • Defining
  • Analysis
  • Design
  • Build
  • Transition
  • Deployment

The timing and duration of the stages are determined in conjunction with each institution considering such factors as desirable 'Go live' windows, transition to production strategy and timing of delivery of additional software from Callista.

Every implementation of Callista has been a success - an impressive track record in an industry where a student system implementation typically takes 18 months.
